What’s inside matters.
When I started AKTIVE, I expected one thing to be straightforward: a supplement made to an agreed formula should contain what its label says.
I learned that wasn’t something I could simply assume.
Independent laboratory testing found that products I had manufactured did not meet their ingredient-content claims. This affected an earlier creatine gummy formula and a nitric oxide supplement. These weren’t someone else’s products—they carried my brand’s name.
Finding that out was frustrating. I had invested in products I expected to stand behind. Instead, I was taking test results back to the manufacturer and trying to find a resolution. It wasn’t the beginning I had hoped for.
But it changed the questions I ask.
Not just, “Can you make this formula?”
“What evidence shows that the finished product contains what we say it does?”
That experience is why transparency matters so much to me. I want AKTIVE to be clear about its formulas, honest about its products, and specific about the evidence behind its claims.
That includes the everyday details—not just the impressive ones. How a product fits into your routine. What the serving size actually is. What to expect from its taste and texture. And what testing does—and doesn’t—tell us.
